We are having a 100 bird registered shoot this Saturday at Waukesha Gun club ---our targets will be State tournament quality and will challenge all of you and help get you ready for next week ! ! !

Wern Valley will also be hosting their Great Cancer shootout the same day ---last year they had over 700 shooters and have raised over $200.000 for cancer research since its inception.---This is a fantastic way for the shooting Sports to get recognized --please participate or just send them a donation for the cancer society

For those of you that have to travel this is a good way to get some practice in and help support a GREAT cause---plus the FIREWORKS at WERN are AWESOME ! ! !

Thanks hope to see you all this weekend

Results / Re: any one seen south zone results
« on: June 09, 2010, 06:16:49 AM »
My first trip to Gehrigs and I was pleasantly suprized---Targets where good ---grounds look great ---about 65 shooters ,which was a little disappointing but considering the open was going on and somehow another shoot in the south zone (which I do not think is suppose to happen)
it was not to bad --Blake was high with a 90 followed by a pair of 86s and several 85s.
Everything was being done on paper --so results will be little slower ---be patient ::) ::) ::)

Overall they did a good job and I will go back again. ;D ;D ;D

Thanks ,

To all shooters.

We need shooters from all Classes and concurrents as we use the top score from each---PLease attend and help your State (even if yours is a FLAT one)

I have ordered 60 lbs of BRATS from the Sheboygan area ---We got 40 lbs of regular Brats for us Cheesheads and 20 lbs of ITALIAN brats for our southern friends (Hopefully this will spice them up as they have been rather bland this year)

Lunch and a few beverages will be available (after shooting) and is included in your entry fee

We have decided  to scrap the Idea of a toll both on the course ---we figured the only ones that know how to avoid it woulds be our southern friends  FIBBs (Friendly ILLINOIS BAD BOYS)  and as usual Wisconsinites would be the only ones paying.

As fair warning to ALL  FIBBS coming up ---the Wis State Patrol called asking how many would be visiting --they wanted to know so they could print up Thank you cards for using our race track on your way up.

Remember  we are one mile north of InterState 94 exit # 295  -(-Right for those of you going WESTBOUND that can't read a compass )-- Turn left on Hwy M (Watertown Rd )

Hope to see you all Weather looks great sunny and a high of 65 ---that may help ease the pain of once again LOSING to us when we REGAIN the title.
GO CHEESHEADS
Pat G.
PS We are having a 50 bird 5-Stand event --25 each on 2 differant 5-Stand layouts

Brett, ??? ???

Heard Wild Bill will not make it ---did you guys really give him a Jack Danials Enima ????

What about the proctologist from Rockford--- Emersion ?? are he and his kid coming ??? and will they be bringing the that guy from that uphill place --- He might learn some great targets for your State shoot

We have come up with a new target for you --it is called the reverse Rabbit ---goes so slow it has to turn around and go backwards ---makes the racing tortoise look fast

We may not have all of our imports but we will have our NEW CLUB CHAMPION Len Lewendowski

Hope to see you all --we will have FUN :D :D :D

The Cheesehead/Flatlander will not be Squaded this year---it will be European rotation ---our normal hours are 9 till 2PM but we will be ready early for all of you early birds .

Last Year the FLATLANDER'S stole the title away  :o :o :o--it was the first time they ever beat us at any kind of Sportys shoot---
So we need all of you that we can get to shoot and win it back. ;D ;D ;D
