A list of door prize winners will be added once I receive from the club.

Winchester Gun Club will be having a shoot on Memorial Day honoring both Tom & Warren Joerndt who founded Winchester. Tom & Warren have both passed but the club continues to be operated by the Joerndt family. Proceeds from the shoot will be presented to Jim Fendry who works tirelessly to protect our gun rights in the State of Wisconsin. Rotisserie chicken lunch will be served at noon and is included with your entry fee. We have tons of door prizes including pheasant hunts, cash prizes, a gun, cases of shells, metal artwork and many more prizes. The first 100 entries will receive a commemorative box and ammo from Andy Busalacchi of ACME Bullets. Hunter class shooters welcome. This will be a good shoot with lots of prizes and hopefully the weather holds out.

Thanks to everyone that participated in today's benefit for the Wisconsin Pro Gun Movement. Including re-entries we had 164 shooters. Congratulations to Don Laatsch and Tom Lee for both shooting an impressive score of 95. Our top Hunter Class shooter was Greg Hintz with an 85. We gave away more than 70 door prizes and we would like to thank all of the individuals who made donations. Without your help the shoot would not be a success. The list of door prize winners is attached with the results of today's shoot.

General Discussion / PRO GUN SHOOT AT WINCHESTER
« on: April 16, 2016, 04:59:11 PM »
As many of you who view this website are already aware, Tom Joerndt, the owner of Winchester Gun Club, passed away earlier this year. Every year on Memorial Day the Winchester Gun Club holds a shoot to benefit the Wisconsin Pro Gun Movement. Employees of Winchester and many of Tom's friends will continue the shoot in Tom's honor. The shoot will now be known as the TOM JOERNDT MEMORIAL PRO GUN MOVEMENT BENEFIT SHOOT. A portion of every entry will be donated to Jim Fendry of the Wisconsin Pro Gun Movement. Many of you shooters have met Jim, who works tirelessly protecting the rights of all shooters, hunters and gun clubs. Many people have already made donations that will be given away as door prizes. Once a more comprehensive list is compiled, a flier for the shoot will be posted in the forum. More donations are being sought and would be greatly appreciated. Anyone wishing to donate a door prize can contact Phil Chojnacki at phil.chojnacki@whittenrealty.com
