I will not give my secret away. It took over a decade for me to find the right concoction for a dust free weekend. I have a contingency plan in place for the state shoot next year if I run out of ingredients.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone for supporting this years Leinies 200. The weather was terrible but the people were great!! We had a lot of people that help make this event happen........also special thank you to all our sponsors Shells R Us, Acme Bullet company C&R Guns and of course Leinenkugels! I can't thank all of you enough for standing strong and supporting the clubs regardless of conditions! It really shows us clubs how much you the shooters love the game. Thank you.
Hats off to Andy Bussalachi for taking down this years Leinies main in an exciting shoot-off versus Will Doble. Great shooting Andy and Will. Andy Kalmer shot top score Sunday and was only 1 bird away at the end of the day for 3rd. All classes had great representation across the board. Wisconsin has a lot of great shooters on the rise and we are happy to host such a great group.

Will Doble ran away with FITASC HOA with a very impressive 141. Coming in 2nd was Nate Wannebo leading the best of the rest. Again some very impressive shooting by some very impressive shooters across the board from all classes.

Saturday's make A-Break was won by Jay Andrews for M-AA and Craig Rogewcheski for A-E congrats!

Thank you everyone for your tremendous support. See you at the border battle!

Pete, Game Unlimited and staff.

It appears Lena was gracious to the cranberry despite bold predictions of snow! The time has come for Lena to grace the Leinies with her precense. Scott told me he talked to Lena last week and she said she was getting her bikini wear ready for this years Leinies!! This is great news! Getting courses ready and ready to roll. See everyone soon. Can't wait for everyone to get a taste of more northern targets. Great preparation for the shooting season. Talk soon. Pete.
P.s. don't forget about Saturday nights epic party sponsored by Shells R Us. Free beer and a sponsored meal!!!!

Thank you everyone. It was a great time bringing the boys down and camping out with friends. That's what the state shoot is all about in my opinion. Having a good time with good people from all over the state as well as other states.......celebrating our wisconsin state sporting clays championship. Every shooter from every state that attends our state shoot always says the same thing...."I wish our state shoot was as cool as yours" great targets set across the board in every event and without a doubt the officials from Marquette were some of the best I have ever seen. A lot of work goes into our state shoot and Wern valley did a fantastic job. There was A lot of great shooting in every class....we have A lot of shooters on the verge of breaking out. Its fun to see the development of our state shoot as well as wi shooters. Looking forward to another great event at woods and meadows next year. Again I appreciate all the kind words from everyone. Pete

Oops my bad. Been a hectic week. Thought I mentioned that. Steve Greene shot in his typical HOF fashion by winning the Wisconsin State Fitasc. Pat W. has been shooting great and finished with a well deserved runner up. And our ladies champion is another HOF shooter who shot many of the parcours as well or better than the men! Congrats Paula! Again thank you for your participation a full list of class winners is on the results page. See you at the state shoot next week! -Pete
