Welcome to the WSCA Website
The Wisconsin Ironman is fast approaching! Flyers with registration forms have already been mailed and slots are filling fast.
As in previous years, this event consists of 2 days of shooting at 4 different clubs. MRC and Wausau are host to the Saturday portion, with J&H and Little Creek Lodge on Sunday. Targets are traditionally fair and it's a great chance to get out and kick off the season!
This year's Ironman is being held on April 17 & 18 and costs only $170 for 400 registered targets. It's one of the best values to be found!
Registration forms can be downloaded here: 2010 IRONMAN REGISTRATION
Also, registration is now open for Woods & Meadows Cranberry 200! This is a great event held on April 24th & 25th. With a 200 target main event, FITASC and sub-gauge events, there's something for everyone!

One of the largest changes on the website is how the Event Calendar is handled.
The events are now being handled with a Google Calendar. This allows for much greater flexibility and useful features.
For example, when you click on an individual event, you will see an option for "map". This will provide Google maps information about the location of the club and contact information.Depending upon your software or phone, you may be able to subscribe to the calendar and have it downloaded to your computer or mobile device.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate contact me.
The forum software is being switched to utilize much more robust software.
This will allow for multiple discussion forums (i.e. General Discussion, Shoot Results, Classifieds, etc.). One big advantage is that the individual clubs will be able to post their results on their own as soon as they have them completed.
The discussion forum will also be moderated. This is being done in an effort to keep the discussions productive and appropriate, given the family-oriented nature of the website.
As of January 1, 2010, Paul Jessup stepped down as the webmaster for the WSCA. This is a job that he did, for free, for the past decade.
As I have stepped into his shoes, I have become aware of the large amount of work and effort that is necessary to make this site function.
As shooters and clubowners, we all owe Paul a debt of gratitude for his generous donation of time and talents!
If you see him or talk to him, please take a moment to say "Thanks!".
